INFORMATION CLAUSE
In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter referred to as "GDPR"), we hereby inform you that:
1. The controller of your personal data is: Firma Budowlana „Szach-Mat” Robert Szachnowski with its registered office in Gdańsk, ul. Kartuska 354AA, 80-125 Gdańsk, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 5971400696.
2. The controller has not appointed a Data Protection Officer; however, regarding your personal data, you can contact us via email at: windows@szach-mat.eu or in writing to the controller's address.
3. Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:
a) to fulfill the concluded agreement – based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR,
b) to fulfill legal obligations incumbent on the controller, in particular in the scope of settlements arising from tax law, social insurance, accounting law – based on Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR,
c) to the extent necessary for purposes arising from the legitimate interests pursued by the controller – based on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR; in particular:
- for marketing our own products and services
- for fraud prevention
- to ensure network and information security
- to establish, investigate, or defend against claims
- for customer satisfaction surveys
- for archival purposes
4. Recipients of your personal data will only be entities authorized to obtain personal data, in particular entities participating in the execution of the agreement, accounting office, entities providing legal services to the controller, public administration bodies within the scope defined by relevant legal provisions, financial institutions within the scope of services provided to the controller, entities providing consulting or auditing services.
5. Your personal data may be transferred to a third country or international organization based on appropriate legal safeguards, which are standard contractual clauses for the protection of personal data approved by the European Commission.
6. Your personal data will be stored for the duration of cooperation, and after its termination, for at least the period specified by legal provisions concerning public law settlements, but not shorter than until the final settlement or expiration of any claims arising from mutual cooperation, and in case of a dispute, until its final resolution, including effective completion of enforcement proceedings.
7. Subject to the relevant provisions of the GDPR, you have the right to request access to your personal data from the controller, their rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing, the right to withdraw consent to their processing at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
8. Subject to the relevant provisions of the GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing of personal data.
9. You have the right to data portability.
10. You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
11. Providing your personal data is voluntary, however, failure to provide data may result in refusal to conclude an agreement as well as the inability to further execute it.
Your personal data will not be processed in an automated manner, including profiling.
